What the role is :

You lead a team that conducts strategic and operational analysis and reports on the country-of-interest’s military and defence developments, inform on bilateral and multilateral engagements, and to appraise its engagements with other countries.

What you will be working on :

• Lead security development analysis and strategic thinking- Drive expertise development and knowledge management- Strategise and plan bilateral and multilateral engagements- Interface with foreign partners on security matters- Identify new trends and developments the country of interest may undergo to inform engagement strategies, as well as how it may impact the country’s defence capabilitiesChallenge(s)- Ensuring the team’s well-being and resilience while leading team to deliver high-impact results under tight deadlines- Synthesising complex information into coherent assessments for diverse stakeholders
