Job Description :

• Attend onboard for maintenance, inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and modification.
• Manage field activities and schedule.
• Resolve malfunctions.
• Oversee repairs and technical improvements.
• Install new systems and technology.
• Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment.
• Supervise and direct technicians / engineers onsite.
• Make service reports with details of job progress, working / traveling time, technical advice, and recommendations if any.
• Report and share job progress with the superior.
• Provide technical support and training for customers, service agents, and internal teams.
• Arrange necessary parts and drawings and send them to agents.
• Maintain tools in good condition for safety and high-quality service.
• Create manuals / support documents to share experiences with other engineers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Review maintenance lists and service reports for sales support.
• Cover all Technician responsibilities.
