- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting leads to define hiring needs, requirements, and strategies
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, internal databases, and referrals
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely and consistent communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Partner with HR, onboarding, and shared services to ensure compliance and seamless transitions
- Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing efforts
- Stay updated on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
Qualifications
