Your Role
- Boost sales and uncover new opportunities in the supermarket retail and FMCG sectors (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Unity).
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to drive product innovation.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maximize sales through the continued development of our current product portfolio and the introduction of new products to key retailers in Singapore.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, establish clear goals, and monitor progress to achieve company targets.
- Provide leadership to the sales team, overseeing merchandising and promotional activities in retail stores.
- Conduct thorough market research and maintain a deep understanding of competitive analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales industry.Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in the FMCG, Cosmetics, or Health Supplements sectors.Demonstrated working experience with major Singaporean retailers (e.g., Guardian, FairPrice, Unity).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficient with Microsoft Office / Excel / PowerPointAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Benefits :
