The Procurement Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following :
- Source products from warehouse stock or purchase from the local market based on JIT(just in time) procurement and client requirements
- Identify out-of-stock products and procure / supply similar items
- Place, process, and track orders based on stock variability and JIT procurement
- Liaise with shippers, forwarders and warehouse to coordinate / monitor shipments
- Manage expiring items effectively to minimize costs and waste
- Replenish stock at competitive prices to optimize cost efficiency
- Familiar with SCINT and Microsoft D3658. Ensure all activities adhere to the company's quality, health, safety & environment (QHSE), and Ethics & Compliance policies
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Procurement Manager and team leader
