This role supports the Real Estate team by managing day-to-day lease management and administration, documentation, and internal processes. The position ensures that tenancy records are accurate and up to date, facilitates internal coordination, and supports rental payment and invoicing matters.
Key Accountabilities :
Lease Management : Maintain and update the central lease database to ensure accurate and up-to-date tenancy information. Support ongoing digitization initiatives, including data migration and system enhancements for SIMS project.
Lease Administration : Manage lease documentation, including execution, renewals, and systematic filing of contracts. Track and maintain tenancy schedules, lease records, and floor plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Payment and Invoicing Support : Prepare and process lease-related payments, deposits, bank guarantees and invoicing. Work with internal teams for prompt and accurate rental payments and resolve billing matters.
Internal Coordination : Liaise with internal stakeholders, and relevant departments to process lease approvals and ensure alignment across functions.
Reporting and Documentation : Prepare monthly lease summaries, rental trackers, and reports to support internal reviews and audits. Respond to internal queries regarding lease terms, occupancy, and billing details.
