Job Description

  • Provide technical support to end-users, answer user's questions of both hardware and software issues.
  • Prepare technical report on support issues, providing feedback and recommendations.
  • Maintain and support IT equipment (e.g. laptops, desktops, printer, network switch and etc.)

Requirements

  • Minimum certification in IT or equivalent field with 1-5 years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in deploying of network devices.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Keen to discover and assess new technology for work purposes.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
  • Possess class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
