1. Develop Digital Product Proposition :
Partner with Product to formulate sound digital product proposition that appeals to customersConduct small experiments to assess market acceptance and iterate continuously to achieve the desired outcome2. Design Customer Journey with data in mind :
Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders on customer immersions to understand customer job to be done and define a digital experience that truly meet customers' needs across different digital touchpointsDrive customer immersions by listening to customer feedbacks and conduct researches on the best and evolving market practice to define the most efficient / customer-friendly UI experienceStudy customer profile, segment & transactional behaviours. Be prepared to speak to customer to gain a better & deeper insight to the problem statement & opportunity3. Take charge in Online Channel Share :
Develop ideas to grow online acquisition channel share by leveraging on our digital platformsAnalyse and leverage on internal Data to identify areas of opportunities to increase penetration of digital adoptionEngage Product and Business Analytics on targeted marketing campaigns to target the right customers4. Drive digital initiatives in the personal investing space :
Lead / coordinate the development of key digital initiatives with various stakeholders from onboarding till fulfilment.Understand market situation and use data to propose enhancement recommendationsSupport post-implementation tasks such as user training to touch-points, production problem investigation and escalation
