Job description

Responsibilities

include

  • Coordination with the various internal departments ( Asset Management, Finance, Investments, and Investor Relations) for presentations.
  • Coordinating with external consultants or guest speakers on portfolio strategy or market / industry related presentations where relevant.

5. Supporting special projects assigned which include

  • Portfolio wide systems integration
  • Investments and divestments
  • Strategic asset management projects
  • 6. Ad hoc support on portfolio related matters including

  • Q&As / presentations for investor meetings.
  • Participating in due diligence and / or acquisition support ( circulars / review of announcements etc.)
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS Requirements :

  • Possess degree in business, finance, economics or related field disciplines or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience of relevant working experience, Experience in data centre or real estate investments and / or SREITs will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and oralmunication and presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in financial modelling and analytical work
  • Interest to learn and be exposed to sustainability related requirements
  • A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, detailed oriented, organized and able to learn quickly, independently with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient with market and industry research
  • A strongmunicator with excellent stakeholder management skill and ability to interact well with different functions and levels.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment
