about the role

This is an individual contributor role that bridges technical strategy with business outcomes, ideal for someone who is equally comfortable driving solution blueprints as they are influencing stakeholders across business and IT.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping architectural standards, driving solution design, and supporting end-to-end implementations, particularly across cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure . You will also be involved in evaluating integration approaches, guiding teams on best practices, and acting as a hands-on technical advisor for ongoing and new solution implementations.

You will work with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures, while promoting best practices in integration, data governance, and security. The scope spans multiple markets within the Asia Pacific region, with projects focused on both greenfield and mature systems.

This opportunity offers exposure to a broad technology landscape, with involvement in cloud architecture, system integration, digital platforms, CRM , and data solutions . The role is split across technical design (50%) and practical business alignment (50%) , requiring the ability to contextualize solutions based on diverse audiences - from engineers to senior business leaders.

skills and experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 7 years of relevant experience in technology roles, with a focus on architecture and solution design
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing full-stack cloud solutions in AWS and / or Azure
• Familiarity with solution integration patterns, API design, and platforms such as API Gateway, Azure APIM, or Mulesoft
• Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and digital platforms (e.g., Drupal, Sitecore) is advantageous
• Practical knowledge of data engineering, data governance, or analytics solutions is a strong plus
• Strong grasp of architectural governance, solution security, and application lifecycle management
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business terms
• Experienced in delivering solutions in multi-country settings, preferably within APAC
• Able to guide and influence teams without direct authority, acting as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders
