Core Responsibilities :

Marketing Integration

  • Act as a role model, contributing to the OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid) planning mentality shift
  • Ensure alignment among Globall and Local Marketing teams

Campaign development and implementation

  • Work cross-functionally with other LEGO Retail and APAC partners to secure brand and sales impact of LEGO Retail campaigns in the region
  • Handle campaign budget
  • Ongoing daily support for LEGO Retail Regional Marketing Team APAC, including asset sharing, data analysis and reporting, etc.
  • Partner Management

  • Establish and maintain strong collaboration with multiple partners, including internal marketing sub-teams, commercial teams, operations teams, regional market groups, local business units, and external agencies
  • Do you have what it takes?

  • Educational background in marketing, business development or strategy.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing related fields, regional digital marketing experience from MNC is preferred.
  • Experience with coordination of a diverse panel of collaborators, leading cross market and cross functional projects.
  • Great teammate that thrives when working in an environment of high level of uncertainty, change and ambiguity.
  • Strong strategic, digital, and comprehensive end-to-end thinking—the ability to translate global strategy into regional / local priorities for marketing with a commercial mentality.
  • Good experience in working on projects with end-to-end process
  • Aim for results – championing effectiveness and data centricity, bravery to test hypotheses, a constantly learning approach, strong analytical and evaluation skills, and the ability to turn findings into action.
  • Enjoys working in a regional and local, remote, virtual team setup.
  • Proficient in English
