We're partnering with a leading global multi-asset brokerage to identify an exceptional Design Director. Our client operates across 30+ international markets with a strong focus on innovative trading solutions.

Position Overview :

We seek a visionary design leader to spearhead UX / UI strategy for a sophisticated trading platform. The ideal candidate will elevate the user experience across cryptocurrency, derivatives, and traditional asset trading interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Design Leadership

  • Develop comprehensive design strategies unifying product UI / UX with brand identity
  • Establish design principles emphasizing security, innovation, and accessibility
  • Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional design team

    • Lead interface design for core trading functions including :

  • Order management systems
  • Advanced charting tools
  • Optimize complex financial workflows for intuitive user experiences
  • Implement data-driven design for specialized trading features

    • Market Innovation

  • Analyze emerging trends in fintech and competitor platforms
  • Incorporate insights from derivatives and digital asset trading behaviors
  • Maintain deep understanding of global trading regulations and compliance requirements

    • Candidate Requirements :

  • 5+ years design experience with 3+ years leading teams
  • Proven success in fintech, crypto exchanges, or trading platforms
  • Expertise in complex system design and industry-standard tools
  • Strong understanding of trading psychology and risk communication
  • Bilingual English / Chinese capabilities preferred

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in interaction design for complex systems (e.g., dashboards, data visualization) and tools like Figma, Sketch, or ProtoPie.
  • Experience with DeFi projects or industry media / community content design.
  • Skills in motion graphics, 3D visualization, or front-end development (HTML / CSS).
  • Experience with decentralized finance interfaces
  • Technical collaboration experience
