Job descriptionOutlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up for all guests Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges Orientation & buddy system for newly join staff Update guests about current and upcoming promotions Attend to guests’ needs promptly
