Key Responsibilities :
Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for R&D, production, commercial, and corporate functionsDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging digital platforms, talent communities, and direct outreachBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needsManage candidate pipelines, interviews, offer processes, and onboarding in partnership with HR OpsChampion employer branding and promote the company as a top food tech employerTrack and analyze recruitment KPIs to optimize time-to-hire and quality-of-hireStay up-to-date on hiring trends and talent market dynamics in China's tech and biotech sectorsSupport campus recruiting, internship programs, and talent development initiativesCollaborate with external partners including agencies, job boards, and universitiesRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldMinimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within food tech, biotech, FMCG, or tech-driven manufacturing sectorsProven success in sourcing and hiring across both technical (e.g., food scientists, engineers) and business rolesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analyticsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsComfortable working in a dynamic, growth-stage company environmentFluent in Mandarin and EnglishEA Licence No : 23S1615
