Sales Manager - APAC Region
Are you a strategic, independent sales professional ready to take the lead in APAC? Our client is seeking a Sales Manager based in Singapore to drive new business growth across the APAC region. You'll be the sole Sales Manager in the region, taking over from a departing team member, with full ownership of acquiring new clients.
Important note : Account management is handled by a separate Customer Success team-this role is purely focused on hunting and developing new business.
Responsibilities :
- Own and execute the new client acquisition strategy across APAC
- Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and industry events
- Work closely with leadership to shape the sales strategy for the region
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless client onboarding
Requirements :
Track record in B2B sales and new business development in APAC within marine technology, IT products or SaaSIndependent, self-motivated, and confident managing a region soloStrong understanding of regional market dynamicsExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plusBenefits :
