Coordinator, Operations (Interior Fit-out)

A Day in the Life :
- Assist with managing on-site projects to ensure project requirements and timelines are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project requirement
- Verify all dimensions on-site against drawings
- Monitor daily project progress, identify potential delays or issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all sites
- Collaborate with team, subcontractors and contractors to ensure the projects run smoothly
- Work closely with sales team, clients and contractors / vendors on issues
