Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Demi / Chef De Partie (Pastry) to join our central kitchen team! The successful candidate will assist our Chef in the preparation and production of pastries for our various outlets.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, including desserts and cakes
- Ensure all pastry products meet our quality and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in receiving and storing ingredients, and managing inventory levels
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and delivery of pastry products
Requirements :
1-2 years relevant experience in pastry or related fieldAbility to work 6 days, 44 hours / weekStrong attention to detail and quality standardsWhat We Offer :
