Roles & Responsibilities
The Manager is responsible for leading a team through structure and performance, setting growth plans, conducting reviews and executing strategies as directed by management. In addition, the Manager will also take ownership of client relationships and client-related tasks.
The Manager will be collaborating closely with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibilities :
Client Relationship
- Manage clients’ relationships and communication with clients’ key personnel
- Responsible for complex client queries and other ad hoc requests from client
- Preparation of fee quotes and service agreements
- Other client relation assignments
Managerial Duties
Guide and mentor members through growth plans and reviewsLead a team to ensure a high level of service is maintainedResolves issues and ensures compliances are adhered toAnalyse sales variance and monitoring KPIsReview and validate the completeness and proper usage of internal checklistsRegularly review, update, and implement improvements to SOPs to reflect best practices and ensure consistent service deliveryOther managerial tasks assignmentsAccounting Services
Consolidation of subsidiaries / application of equity method for associate companiesReview / Maintain full set of AccountsReview / Prepare custom reporting packages based on client requirementsReview / Prepare statutory reports (Financial Statements and Notes to the accounts) in accordance with SFRS / IFRSCollaborate with auditors to ensure financial compliance and smooth operationsComplete / review XBRL for corporate secretarial team to fileCash management and payment review / processingGST preparation / review and filingOther ad hoc assignmentsPayroll Services
Review / Prepare clients’ payroll (including calculation of OT, allowances etc.)Payroll / CPF disbursementReview / Prepare year-end IR8A formsOther payroll related assignmentsJob requirements :
Degree in AccountancyCandidates with professional qualification such as ACCA / CA / CPA etc would be an added advantageMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and at least 2 years of supervisory role experienceExperience in Professional Services industry would be an added advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge and understanding of Singapore requirements on accounting, GST and payrollProficient in accounting software, Microsoft Office such as excel, etc.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionMeticulous with good accuracy and attention to detailSelf-motivated, proactive, confident, enthusiastic and team playerCompany Benefits :
