Roles & Responsibilities

RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to :

Location : Central

Working Hours :   Mon – Fri : 9am to 6pm

Salary : Up to $3,300 per month

Duration : 6 months contract

Job Description :

  • Providing operational support in the areas of new business, Financial Representatives enquires and post-sales support.
  • Manage incoming enquires via general enquires mailbox and phone calls.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the completeness of the application document.
  • Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree from a recognized University
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions.
  • Organized, diligent and meticulous, with a keen eye for details.
  • Singaporeans only.
