Working Hours : Mon – Fri : 9am to 6pm
Salary : Up to $3,300 per month
Duration : 6 months contract
Job Description :
- Providing operational support in the areas of new business, Financial Representatives enquires and post-sales support.
- Manage incoming enquires via general enquires mailbox and phone calls.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the completeness of the application document.
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree from a recognized UniversityProven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions.Organized, diligent and meticulous, with a keen eye for details.Singaporeans only.Tell employers what skills you have
