We are opening a pastry & gelato takeaway counter in Orchard Road and would require crew to help serve our customers and do simple food preparation.
- Offer friendly and efficient service to customers
- Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Pack orders accurately
- Provide recommendations to customers when needed
- Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly, simple baking is required (training is provided)
- Escalate customers' feedback to manager
- Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
- May be deployed to work at other outlets / offsite events from time to time
REQUIREMENTS :
Applicants with no experience may applyWilling to learn and have a strong passion for dessertsAble to work independently with minimum supervisionComfortable working in a fast-paced environment5 day work week - may be scheduled to work on Saturdays, Sundays and PHA valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage
