This position will join a Technology Company based in Tampines area, may be assigned to their client counterparts islandwide. Will be the primary contact for Building and Facilities management and monitoring for Data Centre / Technology Centre Facility structure.

Position Responsibilities :

The primary scope is to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the Building Facility which will include (but not limited to) Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and major and minor work related to the building.

Conduct day-to-day inspection activities and check the building / facilities for defects or faulty equipment.

Provide recommendation and improvement, upgrade and rectification for the estate / facility.

Handle purchase orders for parts replacements, severe maintenance or overhauling.

Will lead the documentation, coordination and operational aspect of building administration management.

Operational duties such as compliance, workplace safety, fire safety regulations and related activities.

Position Requirements :

Atleast Diploma (Polytechnic or equivalent) in Engineering and / or Facilities Management, Building Services.

Ideally atleast 5 to 6 years’ experience in M&E Facilities experience, hands-on repair and maintenance.

Good verbal and able communicate with various stakeholders and colleagues for guidance and consultation.

Work arrangement, Mon to Fri - however, may need to render overtime for installation and repair that need to be done outside production hours.

WSH and FSM Certification a strong advantage.
