Indoor Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying customers through cold calling and roadshow
• Drive the response for customers on their forwarding business opportunities
• Act as the single point for the selling of all freight forwarding services and solutions across all Sea and Air business fields
• Consult with manager on decision-making and buying influences to understand customers’ business challenges
• Develop tailored solutions that deliver value and support the customer’s business strategy
• Maintain close communication with customers and operations to ensure uniform understanding of customer expectations
