We are seeking a Landscape Project Director for our Singapore office to oversee multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable project delivery lead and a positive team player capable of working independently and collaboratively.
The candidate should possess :
- Strong organizational skills
- High self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Experience from concept through construction administration
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external collaborators
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to our office values of curiosity, inclusion, collaboration, making, and perspective
- Experience with landmark or iconic projects in Singapore, ideally involving public parks or biophilic landscapes integrated with architecture
- Diversity in landscape project scales and typologies, from residential gardens to neighborhood parks and urban planning
- Experience with local and regional projects
- Ability to manage project budgets, staffing, and contracts, and to identify new service opportunities
- Mentoring skills for project team development
- Quality assurance and control expertise
- Willingness to perform as a Project Designer on smaller projects if needed
- Interest in contributing to office standards and fostering a positive work environment
Minimum qualifications include :
6-9+ years of professional experienceMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related fieldProficiency with REVIT, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and BluebeamAccredited Landscape Architect preferredKnowledge of tropical plantsProficiency in at least one Southeast Asian or Asia Pacific languagePlease include a cover letter with your application.
