Roles & Responsibilities

As a member of our APAC Team, you will be working on transformation projects in the Financial Services industry.

Your job will be related to :

Delivering client projects in banking, asset management and securities services
Working in workstreams and projects for our clients
Assisting in project management and business development
Supporting the development and enhancement of our service offerings and creating thought leadership and marketing materials

What we are looking for :

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting and / or project management within the Financial Services Industry, preferably in one of the following sectors :

Banks (Corporate, institutional banking or financial markets), or

Asset management and servicing (fund administration or securities services), or

Wealth management

Technical expertise and experience in at least one of the following subject matters :

Regulatory requirements and reporting,

Compliance,

Global Markets / Capital Markets divisions of banks, related companies or regulators,

Transaction reporting / trade depositories,

Securities post-trade processes, particularly clearing and settlement of securities,

Operational) risk management

Initial experience in business analysis and project and change management

Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks and deliverables

Open-minded and willing to learn

Process-and solution-oriented

Quality-focused with a strong attention to detail

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills

Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently as a as part of a team
