Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Design and execute aprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with the organization’s long-term vision and values.
- Sustainability Pillars : Champion and drive progress in the three core areas of sustainability : Social : Strengthen social impact, employee wellbeing, andmunity engagement initiatives. Economic : Drive responsible investing, long-term value creation, and business resilience. Environmental : Lead efforts in climate action, environmental stewardship, and resource efficiency.
- Investment Management : Guide sustainability-related investments, including ESG fund evaluation, green finance initiatives, and impact measurement.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the key point of contact for sustainability-related matters across internal teams, regulators, partners, and external stakeholders.
- ESG Reporting : Ensure accurate and timely sustainability reporting in accordance with standards such as GRI, TCFD, or SASB.
- Internal Enablement : Embed sustainability principles across the organization through education, operational integration, and change management.
- Innovation & Risk Awareness : Monitor global ESG trends, risks, and regulatory changes to proactively position the organization as a sustainability leader.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
10+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related leadership roles.Strong background in sustainability-related investments or impact investing.Consulting experience strongly preferred , particularly with strategic or advisory ESG mandates.Familiarity with international ESG frameworks and sustainability disclosure requirements.Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills for cross-level engagement.Master’s or equivalent in Sustainability, Business, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.Yang Lily, Recruit Avenue Pte.
