Assistant Security Manager (Carpark)

Job descriptionDiploma or any other relevant skills (e.g., business administration, facilities management). At least 2-3 years of experience in carpark management or a related field. Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and guide staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Familiarity with carpark operations, safety protocols, and relevant regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily carpark operations, ensuring smooth and efficient revenue management of the carpark.
- Manage carpark staff, including One Fullerton Taxi Stand & cleanliness of precinct.
- Manage sports facilities movements, usage & revenue at One Fullerton rooftop.
- Monitor carpark safety and security, reporting incidents, enforcing rules and implementing measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure carpark cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep.
- Manage carpark maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, including coordination with contractors and suppliers.
- Analyze carpark usage patterns and optimize parking capacity to meet demand.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and carpark revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as security, facilities, and customer service.
- Prepare and manage revenue, budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks related to the carpark & security department.
