Job Description :
1. Financial Management & Strategy
- Lead the business unit's or key account's financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement credit risk assessment models to evaluate counterparty risks.
- Provide pre-sales financial solutions for business units, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Credit & Risk Analysis & Financial Support
Design and optimize credit processes to enhance risk management efficiency.Conduct in-depth financial risk analysis and present findings to senior management.Monitor the business unit / key account's financial health and recommend mitigation strategies.In charge of the full lifecycle of business / KPI management, collaborate with regional / HQ and local teams to ensure financial compliance and support business growth.3. Channel finance Analysis & Support
Design and execute channel incentive policies, analyze channel input and output.Channel risk control, stock and account receivable management.4. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, legal, and operations teams to align financial strategies with business goals.Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and professional manner.5. Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and financial best practices.Continuously improve financial processes and tools for efficiency and accuracy.Deploy and implement the digital transformation finance AI solutions.Job Requirements :
At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.Minimum 5 years of working experience for finance management.Experienced in finance and credit risk analysis in ICT industry or channel partner management.Skills required : familiar with Microsoft, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer and Oracle.Knowledge of international trade, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; familiarity with visual analytics tools would be an added advantage.Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new knowledge.The candidate shall be adaptable and flexible to tasks or job scope being assigned.Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.Next Step
