As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to automate inspection tasks. This includes integrating data analytics, operations research, and AI techniques with domain-specific maritime knowledge. You will also help define the specifications and capabilities of humanoid or robotic systems tailored for container inspection, ensuring safety, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop humanoid robotic systems or alternative automated solutions (e.g., drones) for container inspection tasks.
- Evaluate and prototype AI-driven automation tools to enhance inspection efficiency and address workforce limitations.
- Develop a hybrid human-robot interaction framework, allowing seamless collaboration between human operators and automated systems.
- Ensure robotic systems strictly adhere to safety and operational standards in the maritime environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, safety and etc.) to deploy AI models in real-world scenarios.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies in robotics and AI, applying best practices and innovations from other industries.
Required qualifications and profile :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related discipline.Proven experience in AI and machine learning projects.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.Experience with developing and deploying AI models.Knowledge of natural language processing, computer vision, and speech recognition technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly.
