Job description

Job Responsibility

To perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedule
To provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers
Ensuring that the system under maintenance are performing with an uptime of not less than 98%
Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers / site assigned
Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery
Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services
Maintain customers install base records
Handle customers enquiry, feedback or suggestions
Troubleshooting of technical issue
Servicing and repairing
Completion of task assigned successfully

Job Requirement

At least Diploma / Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

1-2 years of relevant working experience in related industry

Knowledge of basic computer applications (MSOffice / CAD / Basic programming etc.)

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
