Salary : S$2800 - S$3800
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle daily accounting entries, invoicing, and payment processing
- Assist in month-end closing and basic financial reports
- Manage office administration duties (filing, stationery, record keeping)
- Coordinate shipping arrangements, logistics documents & customs clearance
- Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
Requirements :
