Job Responsibilities
Showroom Operations
- Host customer appointments and walk-ins at our showroom
- Guide customers through test rides and product choices
- Prepare e-bikes and mobility devices for handover (basic checks, setup)
Sales & Lead Management
Manage leads from WhatsApp, Carousell, and other platformsEngage customers via chat or calls and schedule visitsRecommend products based on customer needsClose sales and follow up on payments or subscriptionsCustomer Support & Relationship Management
Be the main point of contact after a saleHelp with repair bookings, servicing, or general questionsCoordinate with our ops team to resolve issues smoothlyBuild long-term relationships with happy, returning customersRequirements
