Roles & Responsibilities
ob Description :
- Provide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Assist users via phone, email, or onsite support.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, and software.
- Support user account setup and asset tracking.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or relevant vendors.
- Ensure accurate logging of incidents and resolutions.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.Nitec in Information Technology or related field.Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic hardware troubleshooting.Good communication and customer service mindset.Able to work independently and in a team.EA Personnel No : R1548171
