We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while also actively pursuing new business opportunities. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base
- Establish rapport and collaboration with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop and present value propositions, sales proposals and quotations.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
- Effectively manage and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Qualifications
