Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Support Relationship Managers (RMs) to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients
2. Assist RM with business partners, clients, business support and service providers to ensure
delivery of service to clients
3. Interface with client to ensure completion of documentation requirements for account
openings / updates
4. Ensure timely follow up on client calls / queries and compliance with all regulatory
requirements
5. Manage trade lifecycle across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives and funds
6. Handle corporate actions across income, mandatory and voluntary events; maturity of
certain portfolios / bonds
7. Investigate and escalate any discrepancies outside of given tolerances for portfolios
8. Assist with the analysis of financial products, stocks, investment opportunities and provide
succinct reporting on market environment, recommendations on investment opportunities
and risks
9. Propose and evaluate ideas to facilitate decision making by relationship managers and
clients
10. Monitor client portfolios on an ongoing basis and highlight opportunities, risks to RM
11. Executing trades in various asset classes
12. Collaborate with the operation team and ensure flawless execution (internal and
external / brokers)
13. Overseeing and validating other team member's work and output
