CAP is an opportunity for early-career individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences to learn and contribute to this mission by gaining direct exposure to investment management. CAP is a highly selective global three-year rotational program with cohorts in Los Angeles, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The program is focused on developing the skills relevant for investment management roles. Providing development opportunities through hands-on experience, structured training, and ability to work with and learn from experienced investors. Associates with exceptional performance who have successfully completed the program will be promoted to roles within our investment units or investment-related groups.

We look for candidates with a strong interest in investing, which can be demonstrated through :

Academic studies.
Investment / finance related internships.
Extracurricular activities on / off campus, such as leadership roles with investment or finance clubs and participating in stock pitch competitions.

Who should apply?

Undergraduate or master's students in their final year of study (non-MBA) and those with up to 1-year of related experience post-graduation are invited to apply.
