We are looking for a Senior Manager, IT Operations to lead our IT function and drive the digital transformation agenda. You will oversee infrastructure, systems administration, user support, IT governance, and information security, ensuring that technology enhances organisational effectiveness and service delivery.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies, systems, and infrastructure
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including networks, AV systems, cloud services, and user support
- Ensure smooth administration of Google Workspace, Microsoft365, Apple Business / School Manager
- Develop IT SOPs, policies, SLAs, and ensure compliance with audit and cybersecurity requirements
- Drive project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management
- Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and procurement processes
- Mentor and supervise the IT team, fostering a culture of service excellence
- Promote adoption of new technologies and continuous improvement across the organisation
Job Holder Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant IT fieldsITIL v3 (or higher) certification is requiredAt least 5 years of experience in IT operations / service delivery, with 3 years in a supervisory roleStrong working knowledge of MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Google Workspace toolsExperience in systems administration and AV / IT infrastructure managementStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
