Job Description

In your new role you will :

  • Be the cluster responsible for managing the high-level mid to long term planning horizon of Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and

link to production capacity in 10 global production sites

  • Ensure on time feedback from production sites on production capacity, CapEx to meet the demand and forecast using good planning systematic
  • Challenge and justify equipment investment request to achieve CapEx optimization and drive for good CapEx planning and forecast accuracy.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to identify and resolve forecast and supply (ramp, realization) risk issues
  • Drive production capacity optimization across global sites
  • Act as key interface in overseeing the planning master data (package, site) changes in PGS+
  • Play a leading role for projects to improve internal processes, and to optimize and harmonize planning processes and tools across global sites
  • Establish clear global guidelines and good governance processes to ensure compliance
  • Generate management reports and drive for performance improvement and gap closure
  • Your Profile

    You are best equipped for this task if you have :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Science / Business with minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Semiconductor industry
  • An individual who has strong work ethic , is highly self-driven , proactive with high adaptability to changing environment, and able to deliver management reports on tight deadlines
  • Possess solid business acumen , analytical ability , problem-solving skills with project management experience
  • Able to work well both independently and work as a team - collaborate with cross-functional teams from different countries with diverse cultures efficiently and effectively
  • Experience in Data analytics tool, Tableau will be an advantage
