Internship Details :

Duration : 3 to 6 months
Commitment : Full-time, 5 days a week (on-site)
Location : Decathlon Singapore stores

What You’ll Be Doing :

Be part of the daily store operations — from managing stock and inventory to providing great customer service.

Take ownership of your sport section : plan and execute visual merchandising layouts, track performance, and make improvements.

Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and in-store experience.

Use data to analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and stock movement to improve your section.

Participate in trainings focused on both hard and soft skills — from retail operations and merchandising to teamwork and communication.

Work alongside passionate teammates and leaders who will support your growth.

Requirements

Undergraduates or recent graduates in relevant fields.

Passionate about sports and innovation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.
