Job Description
- Reporting to the Head of Operations, the AVP, Collateral Management will be involved in the oversight and execution of collateral processes supporting the firm's Capital Markets business. As part of the Collateral Management team, you wil;
- Manage daily margin calls and collateral settlements across OTC derivatives, repos, and FX products, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve margin disputes by comparing trade position files and performing decompositions.
- Investigate and resolve collateral disputes through trade position analysis and detailed reconciliation.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients on all margin and collateral-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Front Office, Legal, Credit) to resolve trade discrepancies and support documentation review.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience :
- At least 5 years of experience in the Capital Markets industry specifically in collateral management.
- Strong knowledge of OTC, Repo, Initial Margin (IM), and exchange margin flows.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in global teams and high-pressure environments.
