Job description

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Regional Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activity across Singapore. Working closely with our global marketing team and local leadership, this role is responsible for executing brand-building and member acquisition initiatives that align with Quintessentially’s global positioning while being culturally relevant to the local market.

You’ll be a strong generalist, equally comfortable building brand awareness, managing campaigns and events, developing content, and driving commercial results through marketing channels. This is an opportunity to shape our regional presence, build relationships with influential partners, and support the delivery of exceptional member experiences.

Key responsibilities :

  • Localise and execute global brand and campaign strategy for Singapore and key Southeast Asian markets.
  • Develop and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, content, CRM and events.
  • Manage the localisation and development of regional marketing assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and oversee client-facing events, partnership activations and brand experiences.
  • Craft engaging email journeys, captivating newsletters, and thoughtful post-event touchpoints.
  • Support member acquisition and retention through targeted marketing and content.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regional HNWI trends, behaviours, and cultural nuances to inform marketing activity.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regional reporting, feeding insights back into strategy.
  • Collaborate with membership, partnerships and business development teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
  • Manage local agencies, freelance creatives and media relationships where required.

Experience & skills :

  • 4–6 years’ marketing experience in a premium / luxury / lifestyle brand environment, ideally across Singapore or wider SEA.
  • Proven experience running integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Comfortable working both strategically and operationally in a lean team.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content development skills.
  • Experience managing events and brand activations for a high-end audience.
  • Strong digital know-how—particularly across, Google ads, paid social, email and content marketing.
  • Insight-led, results-focused and commercially aware.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Culturally attuned, discreet and able to communicate with a HNWI client base.
