Job descriptionAt least 3+ years of prior experience in a similar Investor Relations / Fundraising role with a Private Equity, Venture Capital or Asset Manager. Prior track record and experience in dealing with institutional investors. Strong understanding of the PE / VC industry and also demonstrating a strong passion for the landscape. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description :
- Conduct investor research, identify and evaluate prospective and new investors.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective investor engagement strategies.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with institutional investors through consistent communication and performance reporting.
- Support fundraising activities, including the preparation of due diligence materials, organizing roadshows, creating marketing presentations, and managing investor updates and inquiries.
- Work with the team to ensure alignment between the fund's investment strategy and investor expectations.
- Plan and coordinate investor-related events such as annual general meetings and industry conferences.
- Handle various ad hoc tasks as required.
