Job description
Responsibilities :
Implement & organize overseas market development initiatives, projects and activities.
Provide business & operation support for special projects, with objective of recruiting and onboarding Singapore companies to the specific project.
Address queries from Singapore company (not limited to only manufacturers) on specific project and provide assistance accordingly.
Provide business information, advisory & facilitation to companies on setting up overseas presence.
Organize Singapore companies for specific project for site visits, learning journeys, corporate events, etc.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on project / event planning, execution & management.
Preparation and management of events' / projects' operating budget, vendors and procurement process.
Provide support to the department on any other tasks assigned.
Requirements
Degree holder or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of industry work experience.
Self-driven and works well independently and support the team to assist companies in their business needs.
Well-versed in the regulatory requirements and various government assistance schemes would be a plus.
Good communication, writing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Relevant experience in projects / events management a plus.
Experience in organizing virtual, hybrid, and physical events, with knowledge of video production preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities, with proficiency in IT tools.
Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with a positive work attitude.
