Position Overview :
You will be responsible for driving new business, developing and executing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with enterprise clients. Beyond managing the sales pipeline, you’ll take a role in contributing to our go-to-market approach, developing sales materials, and ensuring alignment between business development, marketing, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients in heavy industries such as manufacturing, energy, airports, and logistics.
- Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Prepare and customise sales proposals, presentations, and collateral to communicate the value of our product.
- Support the development of marketing materials, collateral, and sales messaging with product capabilities and market needs.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, customer segmentation, and market positioning efforts.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to generate leads and represent the company.
- Track sales performance metrics and report to the leadership team with insights and recommendations.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B software sales and business development , ideally in a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.Proven experience selling enterprise software products to industrial sectors (e.g. manufacturing, airports, logistics, utilities).Strong understanding of the B2B software sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account expansion or upselling.Strategic thinker with the ability to craft compelling sales narratives and support the development of go-to-market strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.Familiarity with using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and digital sales tools.Good to Have :
Experience in selling AI, analytics, or operational optimisation software.Exposure to industrial domains such as chemicals, oil & gas, energy, or aviation operations.Previous working experience in fast-growing startupsWhat We Offer :
