The FM Technical Executive should possess a Diploma in Building or Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognized establishment (preferably with an M&E background) and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

The FM Technical Executive is the frontline contact for responding to site and employer representatives, ensuring that works and services are performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently.

They will assist Facility Managers as site supervisors, support the core team in site measurements and record-keeping, and upload field data to the central system.

Candidates with a mechanical and / or electrical engineering background are preferred.
