Job descriptionMin Degree in Accounting / Finance Min 3 years experience of relevant accounting experience Expeirence in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an advantage Working Location : East Working Hours : Monday to Friday (830am - 545pm), 1 Saturday shift every month (830am-230pm) Salary : Up to $6500 Able to start work within short notice
Job Scope :
- Oversee all accounting functions (Full Sets of Accounts)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and timely regulatory submissions (e.g., GST, corporate tax)
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounting systems with IT vendor support
- Review and update accounting SOPs to ensure alignment with regulations and practices
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial processes
- Lead, guide, and manage the Accounts team, including workload planning, training, and performance management
- Liaise with auditors to support annual audits
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
