Successful candidates will play a significant role in working on client engagements spanning customer strategy, customer experience design, service and sales transformation, and customer-centric operational improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of Salesforce implementation, leveraging deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations for Pre-Sales and Project DeliveryConduct thorough analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions that align with Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with industry standardsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatory requirementsAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, facilitating effective communication and understandingProvide strategic direction and thought leadership, advising on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative solutions to enhance the Salesforce implementation and drive business valueDesign the overall Salesforce architecture, including data model, application design, security model, and integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirementsLead technical discussions and decisions, providing guidance to development teams on architectural choices, platform limitations, and optimization techniques, fostering a culture of technical excellenceCollaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the technical solution meets functional and non-functional requirements, and aligns with the enterprise roadmapSkills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalentMinimum 5-6 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projectsMultiple relevant Salesforce certificationsExtensive experience in Salesforce architecture and designStrong knowledge of integration patterns and best practicesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsPrior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageousImplementation of multiple complex projects in Singapore or ASEAN countriesProficiency in multiple CRM applicationsAbility to translate requirements into design and managing implementationStrong project management, communication, written, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skillsAbility to assess the practical aspects of business operationsOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted by KPMG Talent Acquisition team, personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
