Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Executive to join our team. Reporting to the HR & Administration Manager, you will be responsible for managing a full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations, ensuring seamless manpower deployment across multiple sites. As a key HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with operational teams to provide timely HR solutions, while also managing payroll and administrative responsibilities for a subsidiary entity.
Job Description :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for site and office-based roles, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews with Business Unit Heads, and facilitating manpower deployment across multiple properties.
- Prepare and maintain all employment-related documents such as employment contracts, personnel files, onboarding / offboarding formalities, staff orientation, and foreign worker passes applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Attend regular meetings with departmental managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements specific to the job openings.
- Administer monthly payroll and employee benefits for a subsidiary company with a lean headcount, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll processes accurately and on time, including CPF contributions, IRAS submissions, and other relevant government claims for the subsidiary.
- Support HR operations across multiple property sites and provide guidance to site supervisors and administrative staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Any other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements :
Only Singaporean or PR will be considered.Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment or HR operations within the property management or facilities management sector.Hands-on experience with HRIS software, preferably Infotech will be an advantage.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with site teams and stakeholders.Proficient in English and Mandarin, to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.Sound knowledge of labour law and statutory HR practices.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
