What You ' ll Be Doing :

• Crafting ads that cut through the noise, not just fill space.
• Designing for context - because not all mediums are made equal.
• Hands-on with Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic motion tools - think GIFs, social snippets, and simple edits that make your work shine.
• Collaborating with the team - we value ideas.
