Job description

Responsibilities :

Work closely with Client, Local consultants, PM, Constructors, Suppliers, Quantity surveyor based on the knowledge and experience of Architectural and Structural design.
Preparation of presentations throughout the phase of design development
To perform detail design : Detail design development (drawings and specifications)
Tender document preparation (tender design brief, scope demarcation)
To perform construction phase design : Review of construction material / shop drawing
Shop drawing preparation (with drafter), coordination and obtain approval from client or local consultant
Periodical site inspection (internal check for quality improvement)
Verify site installation works are according to design intent
Handover submission arrangement with drafter team and project team

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in residential / A&A development projects.

Familiarity with local regulations and experience in authority submissions.

Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
