We are a global player operating a diversified portfolio with presence in both mature and emerging markets. We are now looking for a VP Finance , who will serve as the financial steward and strategic advisor for the APAC region.

Job Description

The VP Finance will serve as the strategic financial leader for the region, overseeing all aspects of financial management, performance, and governance. You will oversee all regional financial operations, ensuring efficient financial management across multiple countries or markets. You will lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly business review and long-term financial planning. The VP Finance will work closely with the APAC leadership team to drive profitability, optimize financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth within the region. This role requires a balance of strategic insight, operational excellence, and leadership skills, acting as a trusted advisor to the regional CEO and key business stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions.
• Ability to assess market conditions and provide insights to support commercial leaders in achieving company's objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence business outcomes.
• Strong leader with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage finance teams across regions.
• Ability to manage change and thrive in a highly entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
